Anxiety is one of the most common mental illnesses, but also the least talked about. In a society where people look for fast results, it's not uncommon for people to have anxiety in their day to day lives. So why is it still an untouched topic? While there's a heightened mental health awareness, accessibility for proper treatment is still largely inadequate for Singapore nationals and permanent residents, is our nation doing enough for mental health?
